We use our own smartphone and tablet application called Team App. The full draw is published via Team App and you’ll receive reminders about upcoming games.

The purpose of Team App is to:

• Allow our team managers to communicate to parents in the team – for example last minute information such as ground closures
• Allow parents and supporters to get information about games such as the venue, kick-off times and who we’re playing
• Allow parents to RSVP to games and events so that the team manager know which players will be there

We recommend that all parents download and use the app. Download and installation is very straightforward:

1. Open the internet browser on your smart device (e.g. Safari on iPhone) and navigate to http://cjrc.teamapp.com
2. After going to the site a link will appear at the top of your browser window to download from Apple App Store or Google Play
3. Download and install the application. Open the app and as a first time user you’ll get asked to Search for your Team. Please search for “Chatswood Junior Rugby Club”
4. Once the club logo appears after your search click on it and select the option to “Sign Up”
5. Enter all required information and hit Submit. You’ll be sent a verification email to your email inbox that you will need to Confirm your registration
6. Once you’ve confirmed the next time you open the app you’ll need to log in and nominate your child’s team
7. After that our Team App administrators will grant access so that you can receive private team-only or age-group only communications
